When instructed please follow the link above which will direct you to our support system.

Our support technician will provide a code to you by phone or email which must be entered into the dialogue shown below.

The preferred browser to use for these sessions is Google Chrome but Fire Fox or Edge will work.

Below is an example of when the code is entered.

As suggested your browser will download a small application which you need to run.

On chrome the application shows at the bottom left of the browser window.

After the Connect Wise Client has successfully installed the Dolphin Support Technician will be able to see and interact with your desktop.
